Known by Doc Martin fans as ‘Port Wenn’, one can’t ignore the legacy of this popular television programme when wandering the streets of this pretty village. However, narrow back alleys, whitewashed cottages and glorious coastal views make this a great destination for any visitor.
Of course, Doc Martin is much loved the world over, and this is the reason for many visitors to travel to Port Isaac. If you’re one of these fans you won’t be disappointed as this charming village is impossible not to appreciate. However, with beautiful views, excellent clifftop walks, great places to eat, and the incredibly popular Fisherman’s Friends folk singing group, about whom a film was made in 2019, there’s plenty more for you to enjoy than just Doc Martin.
