The hotel has 25 bedrooms ranging in style and size and all with lovely country views. The hotel’s kitchen is ably run by Mike O’Donnell who has been head chef since 1997. The main Restaurant boasts 2 AA Rosettes and has stunning views of the moors and Haytor Rocks. The menus reflect the fantastic range of local ingredients found in Devon including fish from Brixham, shellfish from Exmouth and meat from the Moors themselves. The onsite bistro provides a more informal setting, yet still produces freshly prepared dishes with food available all day. Leading out from this area is a large sun terrace making an ideal venue for al fresco dining with views onto the beautiful gardens.
